Training Terms & Conditions
STUDENT/PURCHASER OF TRAINING PRODUCT
By purchasing a training product with Royal Blossom Beauty™ you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Online Trainings or Access:
- Online learning content (this may include but is not limited to: video tutorials, slideshows, PDF files, images, webinars or coaching calls) are intended for viewing only. Saving, downloading, recording or sharing of text or video content is prohibited.
- Only selected files and diagrams be exempt to these conditions: Diagrams - can be downloaded and used in salon for clients. PDF Ebooks or Guides - can be downloaded but not shared or distributed.
- Sharing of accounts or multiple users of the same account is prohibited.
- Any suspicious activity on your account may result in an immediate termination of your training and no refund or certificate provided. You will be banned from purchasing future courses, booking an appointment or shopping online.
- The first lesson of the online training is an introduction, this is a prerequisite to the rest of the course. In this lesson, we discuss the course process and inclusions. Then you must agree to the terms and conditions of the training to unlock access to the course. If you do not agree and pass this point of the training within 30 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a refund if you decide the course is not for you.
- Once the introduction lesson has been viewed and terms and conditions agreed to, access to the course is unlocked and you will no longer be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Regardless of whether you have accessed the course or not, you will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances more than 30 days after purchase.
- Access period is strictly 12 months. You can complete your assessments anytime before the 12 months is up, however, we recommend no later than 11 months into course access to allow time for resubmissions if required.
- Assessments must be submitted and deemed satisfactory by RBB Educators in order to be issued a certificate. You will receive feedback which each submission. Resubmissions may be required.
In-person Trainings
- Online access policies as above
- The only attendee allowed for in-person trainings is the purchaser (student). Models may be required during the training, in this case these are to be organized by the student or Royal Blossom Beauty™ and contact information may be required.
- The session is not to be recorded. Royal Blossom Beauty™ will capture content that you can use for marketing and promotional materials.
- Any physical resources supplies (such as manuals or booklets) are not to be copied, shared or distributed outside the purchasing party.
- Assessments are completed in-person during the training with corrections to technique being administered on the day. A certificate is provided at the end of the training.
- In-person training must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to training date, with at least 50% paid prior to locking in a training date.
- In-person training date must be scheduled and attended within the 12 month access period.
- If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 2 days notice for 1 day training, or 1 week notice for 2 day training to avoid a termination fee and we will reschedule to a later date. If insufficient notice is provided for rescheduling, a termination fee of 50% will apply. This may be taken out of the funds already paid if choosing to cancel completely, you will not receive a full refund. If choosing to reschedule, an additional 50% is required to be paid prior to the new training date.
- If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 2 days notice for 1 day training, or 1 week notice for 2 day training to avoid a termination fee. If insufficient notice is provided for cancellation, a termination fee of 50% will apply. This may be taken out of the funds already paid. You will not receive a full refund.
Royal Blossom Beauty™ reserves the right to take legal action for copyright infringements, failure to comply to training terms and conditions.
MODELS FOR TRAINING SESSIONS OR RECORDINGS
By modelling for a training session or recording with Royal Blossom Beauty™ you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The session is not to be recorded.
- You must attend the session on your own.
- You are not a nail technician yourself unless approval is provided by Royal Blossom Beauty™ prior to session date.
- Model services may be free or discounted but only if receiving the service offered by Royal Blossom Beauty™. This may include a specific enhancement, length, shape, colour or design. We may not be able to cater to a change in service or design during the training.
- Our appointment policies must also be followed.
